About

Lost Reality, an Italian alternative rock/dark band, began its journey in 1996, evolving over the years into a unique blend of electro rock and alternative sounds. The band has garnered widespread acclaim from press and critics, appearing in prominent magazines like PSYCHO, Gothic Magazine, and Nachtaktiv Magazin, and featuring on various radio and TV shows such as Demolition, Database, Salaprove, Rock TV Tour, Rock TV Night, and Rock TV’s On The Road. Their talent has also shone through in numerous national and international music competitions, where they were finalists or winners, including the I-Tim tour and Diesel U.
Throughout their career, Lost Reality has shared the stage with notable acts like Clan of Xymox, Richie Kotzen, and Litfiba. In 2018, they opened for Lacuna Coil at the M.i.C. Rock Festival. Expanding their horizons, they performed several concerts in London, including headline shows at the prestigious O2 Academy and 93, Feet East, as well as a showcase at Scala.
In addition to their live performances, Lost Reality has been creative in the studio. They composed and produced the soundtrack for the horror circus show “eXtreme Show” and released a cover of Depeche Mode’s “Black Celebration”. In early 2019, they released their debut single, “A Motivation for Someone”, from their forthcoming album. The accompanying video was showcased on MetroMusic by TelesiaTV in Milan, Rome, and Brescia.
The band continued to make their mark internationally, playing an acoustic set at the VIP stage of the W Festival 2019 in Belgium, which featured a lineup of iconic artists like Killing Joke, The Stranglers, Echo & the Bunnymen, and The Human League. More recently, in 2023, Lost Reality performed at the Dark Malta Festival alongside acts such as And One, Deathstars, and L’Âme Immortelle. Their previous single, “Quello che voglio”, received the award for Best Video at the Onda Rock Video Music Awards.
Lost Reality’s new song, “La follia del tempo”, depicts the final words of an outcast who loses everything and dies in a ruthless, futuristic society. This poignant track delves into themes of isolation, despair, and the harsh realities of a dystopian world. With its powerful lyrics and evocative melodies, “La follia del tempo” is set to resonate deeply with listeners, further solidifying Lost Reality’s position in the alternative rock genre.
